Drinking water seems like an incredibly simple thing to do; many people think that drinking more water is better. But there are ways to make mistakes: the more you drink, the more thirsty you become.
1. Drink water during exercise but do not drink before practice.
Even if you drink water frequently during your workout, you're likely to get a headache if you don't drink enough beforehand. You should drink at least 8 ounces of water about half an hour before your workout.
