Perfect for lunch or dinner: delicious and super easy to prepare

Add the flour to the salted water and start kneading until you get a smooth and elastic dough. Add more flour if necessary to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.
Add vegetable oil to the dough and continue kneading until well incorporated. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes to make it firm.

In the meantime, slice the onions and finely chop the vegetables to taste.

In a separate bowl, mix the minced meat with salt and spices to taste. Form small meatballs with the mixture and set aside.

After letting the dough rest for 20 minutes, divide it into portions and roll each out into a thin disc.
Place a portion of minced meat in the center of each disc of dough and wrap it into a ball or rectangle (as shown in the video at the end of the article).
In a pot, bring the boiling water to a boil and add the meatballs one at a time. Cook over medium heat until completely cooked.
Serve the meatballs with sliced onions and chopped vegetables. Ready to enjoy this delicious dish!
