– For the sauce:
200 g sour cream
100 g yogurt
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
Tips:
1. Cook the cauliflower with lemon slices and dill for 5 minutes.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper, parsley and grated cheese.
3. Dip the cauliflower in flour, then in a beaten egg and coat with the previously prepared breading.
4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
6. For the sauce, mix the cream, yogurt, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
