Baked cauliflower tastes better than meat! Crispy cauliflower in the oven. Simply delicious!

Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Prepare the cauliflower:
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Pour in the olive oil and mix well so that all the pieces are evenly coated.
Add seasoning:
Sprinkle the cauliflower with paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to evenly distribute the spices.
Place on baking sheet:
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet so that it cooks evenly.
Baking:
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through cooking. The cauliflower should be golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Finish:
If using Parmesan cheese or breadcrumbs, sprinkle them over the cauliflower as soon as it is removed from the oven, while it is still hot, to add flavor and texture.
