
Divide the pancake into 4 triangles, pouring a tablespoon of filling into each one. Roll the pancakes into a roll, folding the corners inwards.

Place the leaves in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush each leaf generously with butter.

Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 30-40 minutes on a baking sheet, at 130 degrees for 40-50 minutes in a baking dish.
