Recipe: Infusion for swollen legs

Here is a homemade infusion made from plants known for their beneficial effects on drainage and circulation:

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon (approx. 2 g)   of dried dandelion leaves
  • 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g)   grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon (approx. 1 g)   of dried horsetail
  • 1 teaspoon (about 1 g)   chopped fresh parsley
  • 500 ml of water
  • Lemon juice   (optional)
  • Honey   (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add all the herbs and reduce the heat.
  3. Simmer for   10 minutes  .
  4. Remove from heat and leave   for another 5 minutes  .
  5. Strain, then add lemon or a little honey, depending on your preference.

This drink can be drunk warm or hot, depending on your preference.
