Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon (approx. 2 g) of dried dandelion leaves
- 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) grated fresh ginger

- 1 teaspoon (about 1 g) chopped fresh parsley
- 500 ml of water
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Preparation:
