Use 1 tablespoon of dried leaves or 2–3 fresh leaves per cup.
Pour boiling water over the infusion.
Let steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain and drink.
Optional: add honey or lemon.
4. Mouthwash or gargle (for canker sores, sore throats, swollen gums)

Prepare the tea as above and let it cool.
Rinse your mouth or gargle 2–3 times daily.

Add a handful of fresh or dried leaves to a bowl of boiling water.
Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for 10 minutes.
