In a bowl, combine 100g chia seeds with 480ml almond milk. Add 60ml honey or other sweetener. Set aside for 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and absorb the liquid.

2. Place 50g fresh raspberries, 100g fresh strawberries, and 50g stevia in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit has softened and released its juices.

 

3. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the pot and stir until the mixture thickens. Then, using a blender, blend the fruit until smooth.
