Preparation for a foot bath

To prepare a foot bath, I gathered a few essentials: a bowl large enough to comfortably fit both feet, warm water, and a bottle of organic apple cider vinegar. In the bowl, I mixed one part apple cider vinegar with two parts warm water, making sure the solution was thoroughly mixed. I also placed a towel nearby to dry my feet.
