Below, we explain how to prepare a bay leaf infusion, effective for relieving rheumatism, regenerating muscles and tendons, as well as reducing muscle and joint pain.
You will need: 30 grams of fresh bay leaves, 300 ml of 60% alcohol.
Chop the bay leaves and place them in a glass jar, add the alcohol and seal tightly. Store in a warm place for about 10 days, then strain and store in another glass jar.
Use this infusion to massage the affected areas. Do not use this treatment for more than one month and do not ingest it.
