Below we explain how to prepare a bay leaf infusion that effectively relieves rheumatism, regenerates muscles and tendons, and reduces muscle and joint pain.
You will need: 30 grams of fresh bay leaves, 300 ml of 60% alcohol.
Chop the bay leaves and place them in a glass jar, cover with alcohol, and seal tightly. Store in a warm place for about 10 days, then strain and transfer to another glass jar.
