Here's how to make super-tasty baked radicchio in just a few steps.

1- Cut the radicchio into several pieces. To reduce the bitterness, soak it in water with vinegar or lemon juice for half an hour.
2- Wash it thoroughly and drain.
3- Place the radicchio on a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
4- Arrange it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5- Arrange it without overlapping.
6- Drizzle with oil.
7- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
8- Add a pinch of salt.
9- Season with pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
10- Remove from the oven when the radicchio is golden brown on top.

 

 

11- Serve as a side dish, adding another drizzle of oil if you like.
