In a hot pan with a drizzle of oil (or ghee), fry small pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Bake each pancake for about 1-2 minutes. 

Place the pancakes on a plate, pour the custard over them and garnish with fresh fruit, such as raspberries. You can add a little maple syrup or honey for flavor.
