In a small saucepan, heat 100 ml of cream and add 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Set aside to cool.
Once the mixture has cooled, combine it with the remaining cream, stirring thoroughly to form a uniform consistency.
Combining jellies:

Cut the concentrated jellies into small cubes and mix gently in a large bowl.
Transfer the jelly cubes to the dish or mold of your choice.
Pour the prepared cream base over them, making sure the cubes are evenly distributed.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until dessert is completely set.
