Method:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light, fluffy.
Add the yogurt and oil, stirring gently to combine the ingredients well.
Pour in the flour sifted with baking powder and mix briefly.
Finally, gently stir in the egg white foam so that the mixture remains light and aerated.
Pour the dough into a parchment paper-lined pan.
Bake at 170°C for about 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the stick stuck in the center is dry.
After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar to give it the appearance of a light, snow-white cloud.
