5. Pickling tomatoes – a pickle with a unique flavor
Place whole tomatoes in a jar, add dill, garlic, salt and water.
Leave for 4–5 days at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator.
Pickled tomatoes are a healthy snack!
6. Preservation with vinegar
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, scald them with boiling water, and remove the skin.
Pour the marinade of water, vinegar, salt and sugar.
