Preparation
– First, crush the yeast in lukewarm milk and add sugar. Wait for the yeast to take effect.

Then knead the dough with the flour, melted butter, oil, eggs, salt and raisins until you get a smooth, elastic dough.

– Lightly dust the dough with flour and let it rise until it doubles in size.

– Divide the dough into 8-10 portions. Form a roller from each and fold it in half. Braid the loaves to form a loaf.

– Place the loaves on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them rise for another half hour. Bake at 210°C. Immediately after baking, grease the woven loaves with butter and coat them in cinnamon sugar.
